Nua is engaged with a Portland based grocery chain to help design their hiring and onboarding processes.
The organization currently uses a decentralized, paper-based process and wants to shift everything to a more centrally-controlled and electronic process.
Nua will conduct needs assessment meetings and facilitate process design workshops.
